Hi, I'm Fakhrul Hasan, a software engineer with more than ten years of experience, including eight years as a DevOps engineer at Samsung R&D Bangladesh. Together with my co-founder Rafi, I design, build, run and support TranscriptGo, from the transcription pipeline to the billing system to every support reply.
Why TranscriptGo exists
TranscriptGo started with a specific, personal frustration: transcription tools that work beautifully for English quietly fall apart for Bengali. Recordings came back cut off mid-sentence. Auto-detection labeled Bangla as Hindi. Two hundred and seventy million people speak this language, and the popular tools treated it as an afterthought.
So I engineered around it. TranscriptGo splits long audio so nothing gets truncated, locks the detected language across a whole recording so it cannot drift, and routes each language to the speech engine that handles it best. That care benefits every language we support, all 99+ of them, but it means Bangla, Hindi, Urdu and other underserved languages finally get transcription that actually finishes the job.
The second frustration was pricing. Human transcription costs more per hour than many people earn in a day, and plenty of AI tools hide per-minute meters behind their pricing pages. TranscriptGo has three flat plans and a genuinely free tier. That's it.

Your audio is not a dataset
Files are processed for transcription and then deleted. Transcripts belong to you and stay in your account until you remove them.
Honest about accuracy
Clear audio transcribes at roughly 95 to 98 percent accuracy. Noisy rooms and crosstalk do worse. The editor exists because no AI is perfect.
